VAT registration for refunds only
Non EU companies without a residence or branch in the Netherlands may pay VAT in the Netherlands. If you have paid NL VAT, it can be recovered in most cases. There is a special refund procedure to reclaim this VAT. We can also take care of refunds in other EU countries.
STEP 1
You will receive full guidance from your personal account manager. We will provide you with excel formats and further instructions. After you have provided the underlying data, we will prepare the refund request.
STEP 2
The refunds will be wired directly to your bank account. There is no NL bank account required.
